iPhone 5 will support dual sim

new iPhone 5 will have two SIM cards for multiple=

They said that the new iPhone 5 will support dual phone lines but I don’t think so, I think they are trying to say that the new iPhone will allow both GSM and CDMA connections on the same phone.

Dual Phone will really helpful if you have a personal and business line that you want coming to the same phone. I think it may be useful to have both services Verizon and AT&T in the same device.

May be it was addition to series of rumors about the iPhone 5, as earlier we’ve seen Aluminium design and new Antenna design for next iPhone but it would be great if Apple might think this way for taking their next iPhone to multiple carrier support, but the time is not far away so let’s wait and see what comes our way in next few months…

Microsoft today began sending out an update to Windows Phone 7 devices that prepares them for the first of two software updates that will add new features.

"This first update for Windows Phone is designed to improve the software update process itself," the company said on the Windows Phone blog. "So while it might not sound exciting, it's still important because it's paving the way for all future goodie-filled updates to your phone, such as copy and paste or improved Marketplace search."

The software update that will bring those new features is slated for arrival in early March, with a much larger update adding things like multitasking, and a much-improved browser arriving a few months later.

In order to update their phones, users need to plug them into a computer with the latest version of the Zune software (or the Mac Connector software if they're on a Mac) to get the update started.

Microsoft says it's rolling out the update message to phones in waves, so users who have not yet gotten the notification will see it sometime today.

Nuclear officials have confirmed Second explosion at Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant of Japan

Japan will rely on nuclear power for about 40% of its electricity needs by 2010

Nuclear officials have confirmed that a hydrogen explosion occurred at Unit 3 of Fukushima Dai-ichi plant on Monday morning. Six people are reported to have been injured. Radiation levels have risen following the explosion however it does not appear to be a massive leak according to Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Yukio Edano.

A wall of the building collapsed due to the blast, and clouds of smoke were sent into the air above the plant. Authorities believe that the reactor itself is still intact. Officials say that the explosion was probably caused by a buildup of hydrogen gas, similar to the explosion on Saturday at the same nuclear plant's No. 1 reactor.

The 600 residents who are still within 20 kilometers of the plant, despite an earlier evacuation order, have been ordered to stay indoors.

The Japan Meteorological Agency on Sunday warned that aftershocks of a magnitude of 7 or greater would occur in the next three days. Japan has suffered a triple blow of a devastating earthquake, tsunami and nuclear disaster. Almost 600 000 people have been evacuated in Japan over the last three days following the devastating earthquake and tsunami and more than 10000 people are believed to have died. Many shops and manufacturers, including Sony, Toshiba and Toyota have suspended operations in Tokyo and the surrounding area due to the power rationing.

Andhra bank asking online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of 1000 Clerks, 450 Probationary Officers (PO) Vacancies. The details regarding age limit, educational qualification and other details of Andhra Bank is given below.

Name of the post:

1. Clerk: 1000 vacancies

2. Probationary Officers (PO): 450 Vacancies

Age limit:

For Clerks 18-28 years,

for Probationary Officers (PO) 18-30 years age relaxation as per rules.

Educational qualification:

For Clerks: Degree in any discipline from recognized university or 10+2 or equivalent with 60% marks.

For Probationary Officers: Degree in any discipline or its equivalent from recognized university with 60% marks or its equivalent CGPA.

Selection procedure: Selection should be depends upon the written test and Interview.

Application Fee: Rs 400/- for PO, Rs 250/- for Clerks , (Rs 75/-for SC-ST ) pay the fee through fee payment challan in any nearest Andhra Bank branches.

How to apply: The eligible candidates are required to apply for clerks and POs through online www.andhrabank.in from 25-01-2011 to 22-02-2011. The candidate should follow necessary guidelines and instructions for successful submission of the online application.

Instructions for candidates to apply online for Clerks and POs:

1. The candidates have to apply online only through www.andhrabank.in from 25-01-2011 to 22-02-2011.

2. Before online apply the candidate has to down load the fee challan from www.andhrabank.in and fill the challan and Pay the fee in any Andhra Bank branches or pay through NEFT in any bank.

3. After payment of fee the candidate should obtain the fee receipt by the Bank with (a) Branch Name & Branch Code Number (b) Transaction ID (c) date of deposit & amount filled in by the Branch Official.

4. Before applying online the candidate should have a valid E mail ID otherwise create a new E mail ID that should be in working for the duration of the project.

5. The candidate revisits the www.andhrabank.in and submits the application

6. The candidates have to apply online by having fee challan and necessary certificates to complete the application.

7. After filling the details carefully click submit button and note down the allotted System Generated Application Registration Number and Password for future use after that take a print out of the application for further references.

8. The candidate should submit the original counterfoil of Fee challan or NEFT fee payment challan along with call letter at the time of written test otherwise the candidate not allowed for the written test.

Note: The candidates have a facility to modify the submitted online application after 2 days of registration up to 24-02-2011.
