REAL MADRID HAS A "MASTER PLAN" FOR UEFA PLUS THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE ?

Spanish Sports (Football) Barcelona based press, “Don Balon”, via its online edition has published an interesting article that one can interpret as strategically cunning or dangerous in its message with a “Machiavellian” design & intention. Thought appropriate to post seeing today is a "quiet" day in the Spanish League.

As informed Real Madrid has signed RCD Espanyol CALLEJON, Borrusia Dortmund midfielder SAHIN & almost has shut Bayern Munich player ANTILTOP who finishes contract. But there have been more movements in other palyer "business" fronts especially on possible exits.

Nuri Sahin - New Real Madrid Acquisition

Bundesliga Champ, Turkish midfielder Nuri Sahin has become the new Real Madrid acquisition. He signed up a six-year contract and left Dortmund (the recently crowned Bundesliga Champions). It seems that the Los Blancos is not on a cash strapped season and there’s no ending of player spending. Last season, they have signed up several players for a multi million deals and that’s not to include the multi awarded coach Jose Mourinho.

Sahin is known to be a master at free kicks and had an impressive record sheet under his shoe. In fact, he became the youngest player to ever played and score in the Bundesliga at the age of 16 years. Sahin’s addition will augment the midfield area along side Xavi. He added that the reason he is leaving Dortmund is because of Mourinho and the opportunity to play at a prestigious club.

Real Madrid was able to salvage the season by winning the Copa del Rey against archrival Barca, ending a two seasons trophy drought. But Barca took a more aggressive stand by ousting them at the Champions League semifinals that resulted in both teams lodging complaints to FIFA.

Very controversial with Real Madrid going down to 10 men when referee Stark unjustly sent off Pepe (Red Card) in the 60th min & with the match in a 0 - 0 draw. The protests lead to Coach Mourinho being sent off as well & the balance was pushed "artificially" in Barça favour.

The below photo is the SPANISH NATIONAL FOOTBALL TEAM that made history & won the FIFA World Cup 2010 with great play, but more importantly,  with a solid friendship base, team mentality & solidarity. The picture shows only 11 of the 23 Squad members, but one can clearly see a divide: most are either REAL MADRID or FC BARCELONA players. Missing from this picture are Albiol & Arbeloa (Real Madrid)

Hype, vibe, excitement, anticipation, build-up, accusations, previews, atmosphere...just a few words circulating as Spain, Madrid, Barcelona & the Football World looks forward towards next Wednesday night & the 1º leg semi - finals of the Champions League between REAL MADRID & FC BARCELONA.

Real Madrid Ripped Off Valencia at the Mestalla

With the Copa del Rey celebration may now be over but the excitement probably is not finished yet. I’m sure you know already who won and brought the Super King’s Cup trophy home. The game is one of the arch-rivals fantastic games and in fact it needs an extra time to decide who should be raising the silverware. I believe Real Madrid deserves to grab its first silverware under Mourinho and it’s their first after a long 18 years of drought.

And it really seems that the Los Blancos is not over yet in their quest for more silverware as they return to the Mestalla Stadium for their La Liga game with Valencia. The goal scores showed how they needed to win more games in order to catch up with Barcelona in the leaderboard and possibly grab one more trophy. But the hope of a treble starts to fade after Barcelona won its game at home against Osasuna with 5 more games left yet 3 of it are against lower half teams.

Real displayed another thrashing game by scoring 6 goals against Valencia’s 3 when they visit the Mestalla again despite playing with mostly second tier players. And Valencia was torn apart with the explosive pace of the Merengues counter attacks.

While another game to watch is on 27 April when they meet each other again for the Champions League semifinal first leg at the Bernabeu and the return game will be on 3 May at the Nou Camp for the last of four Clasico.
