Sources have claimed that Facebook and Skype are collaborating for extensive integration of the social network in the next version of Skype’s software.
The sources have mentioned that now the Facebook members would also be able to video chat live with other members.
Some other sources have left their critiques saying this is all rumor. According to rumors and speculations Facebook is getting ready to release a video chat product, directly integrated into the social network.
The rumor is said to have released by TechCrunch source. TechCrunch is close partner of Facebook and Skype.
Mark Zuckerberg announced last week that Facebook is planning to release an “amazing” new product. But, the source manipulated his saying that the new service will be built on Skype and will include a desktop component. The source also mentioned that the feature would involve very deep integration between the Skype and Facebook products.
There are still many questions about what this partnership means: Will Skype eventually brings in-browser voice and video chat to Facebook’s site?
