A never-been-before incident happened in a public concert when singer Jimmy Buffett fell headfirst offstage in his final concert in Sydney last night. Jimmy Buffett was taken to the St. Vincent’s Hospital, Darlinghurst thirty minutes after the fall. It was Jimmy Buffett’s Australia Day performance which was a add-on for the fans who were unable to obtain tickets for his performances early this week.

The 64 year old singer, Jimmy Buffett sang “It’s been a lovely cruise, I’m sorry it’s ended” at a sell-out concert at the Hordem Pavilion in Sydney and fell off the stage head first into the astonished audience. The crowd was asked to evacuate the auditorium while Jimmy Buffett lay on the floor, waiting for the paramedics to arrive. According to eyewitnesses, Jimmy Buffett hit his head and lay bleeding on the floor after his fall from stage. No other statements were released by Jimmy Buffett’s manager Michael Chugg or his assistant David Pope regarding Jimmy’s condition.
