Kolkata based Bollywood actress Konkona Sen Sharma is a proud mother now, according to Calcutta Times. She and her hubby Ranvir Shorey become the parents of a baby boy. The child was born on Tuesday, March 15, 2011.
Koko’s mother actress and director Aparna Sen and few close friends and family members were present at the special moment. Actor Rahul Bose also confirmed the news on Twitter. He posted, “Massive congratulations to Konkona and Ranvir! A boy it is. With those genes, the dynasty is secure.”
Konkona and Ranvir tied the knot last year on September 3 in Mumbai. Actor Vivek Oberoi and tennis player Mahesh Bhupathi also congratulated the couple for their newly gained parenthood. According to Calcutta Times, the couple will visit a temple by the end of this week.
