wat's in Obama's Job Plan?

What's in the President job plan? Some say the price tag will be $300 Billion

9.7.11]----The U.S. jobless rate remains at 9.1 as no new jobs were added for this month. In light of this gloomy forecast, President Obama will unveil a reported $300 billion new job plan on Thursday.

A tax credit for many Americans is allegedly part of the plan as well as some Federal spending aimed at jump-starting job growth.

Will this additional spending go over well with the 'new fiscally responsible' Republican controlled House of Representatives? Mind you they are fiscally responsible, just don't ask them to give up the Bush-era 10 years and counting tax break for themselves and other wealthy Americans.

Moreover, the 'Super Congress' is charged with deriving ways to cut over a 10 year period, $1.2 trillion from the budget and did I mention that they needed to do that by November?

Tension is bound to be high and we know egos, political power, posturing and pandering will be dueling for supremacy.

We all saw the highly contentious debacle that ensured during the debt ceiling debate as compromise and the over-all health of the country fell by the wayside.

Originally scheduled to speak to the 2 Houses of Congress on Wednesday September 7, the President has pushed the job plan unveiling one day later to accommodate Speaker Boehner's request. You see, the GOP debate is also scheduled to be aired on that night.

Not to be out done, Presidential candidate, Mitt Romney was seen on CNN on Tuesday, replete with numerous charts and graphs, unveiling his plan for America, which he says trumps anything President Obama can offer.

Meanwhile, unemployment continues to be a serious problem as the economy struggles to regain its footing after several financial catastrophes. The mortgage crisis and the collapse of the financial sector culminated in a deep recession.

Though officially over, millions of Americans are still feeling the crushing weight of unemployment, high debt, foreclosed homes and meager paychecks.

What would you like to hear from the President on Thursday or do you have some job-spurring ideas you'd like to share?
