Earlier a day was being counted in 24 hours but now it has been decreased 1.8 Micro seconds . Earlier 1.26 Micro seconds decreased by the earthquake in Chilli last year. During the year 2004 6.8 Micro Seconds decreased by the Earth quake in Sumatra.
